Allegra dosage for adults

Question

I take Allegra for my allergies and it works great but doesn't last 24 hours.

Can i take allegra 120 mg twice a day

Can i take two fexofenadine 180 mg

Can i take 180 mg allegra twice a day

Allegra dosage by weight

Allegra 120 mg dosage for adults

Is it ok to take another 24-hour tablet in the evening? Or maybe a 12-hour tablet in the evening for full coverage? Thank you.
